(About The Images)
1926-S REDFIELD MS-65. 1926-S REDFIELD MS-65.
Lot Title: 1926-S REDFIELD MS-65.
Description: This Peace Dollar specimen has the aspect of being impinged with peach juice on its obverse. Highly lustrous, it exhibits some scattered contact marks and several delicate hairlines. An interesting but dainty obverse die break begins at the truncation of Liberty's neck, travels through the "L" of "Liberty" and ends at the rim around 11:00. Liberty's hair and the Eagle's feathers are distinctly outlined.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.

Low Estimate: $240.00
High Estimate: $300.00

1926-S PCGS MS-64+ CAC, and a 1934 NGC MS-62.
Berry Tree Collection. A scant touch of roll friction in the obverse far left field is probably all that keeps 1926-S out of a full gem grade. 1934 appears significantely nicer than MS-62 at first...

1926-S and two 1934 NGC MS-64.
NGC has given an MS-64 grade to each of these more common Peace dollars. A single 1926-S and a pair of 1934s are included, with the 1926-S and one 1934 being essentially untoned, while the remaining...

1926-S NGC MS-65.
Stunning luster is often present for the 1926-S Peace dollar, and this example does not disappoint. Wispy slide marks on the cheek are noted.
768The Collectors' Auction 2008 on 10/17/2008$525.00
Five 1926-S Peace dollars.
Paramount assigned a grade of MS-65 to all of the 1926-S Peace dollars in this lot, but your cataloger would like to suggest alternative grades of: MS-62 (x2), MS-63 (x2), and MS-64. Every member is...
