1900 PCGS PF-66CAM.

Description:

It is difficult to imagine what would have to be improved on this visually incredible proof to suggest a higher grade. Its shimmering mirrorlike surfaces are cloaked in a noble mantle of deep maroon that is further embellished with rose and blue nuances.
