This colossal date run from the "parent" mint is consecutive from 1883 to 1892 and again from 1902 to 1904 with the addition of a 1900 example between both sequences. Specifically, this lot is comprised of the following: 1883 NGC MS-65, 1884 NGC MS-64, 1885 NGC MS-65, 1886 NGC MS-65, 1887 NGC MS-65, 1888 PCGS MS-64, 1889 PCGS MS-65, 1890 ANACS MS-63, 1891 PCGS MS-62, 1892 PCGS MS-63, 1900 PCGS MS-65, 1902 ANACS MS-63, 1903 NGC MS-63, and 1904 ANACS MS-60 Details, CLEANED. The 1883 through 1887 issues are satiny white. The 1888, 1889, 1890, 1891, and 1892 pieces are bathed by delicate golden nuances. The 1900, 1902, and 1903 specimens are white and satinlike with iridescent highlights. Although ascribed as being cleaned, the 1904 issue is enhanced by golden peripheral tinges.
