Description:

The Seaboard Citizens National Bank of Norfolk, Virginia. A popular type note, especially in high grade. The signatures on this example are still strong, and the paper is still the original white it was on the day of its printing. It would have graded higher if the top margin was more broad. Dark blue ink remains.
