Description: An issue from the second to last year of this particular type. Only 1,000 business strikes were produced this year, while 950 issues were produced in Proof. More survive in Proof, since they were sold to collectors, who preserved them. This particular specimen has reflective surfaces that support a splendid toned aspect. Deep blues combine with deep glowing reds to project an opulent appearance. NGC Population: 12/36, 11 finer.
