Lot Title:
Forty Five Large Cents.
Description:
This is a gargantuan group of Large Cents that needs to be viewed in person in order to make an astute bid on this lower grade accumulation. With the average grade levels falling between Good and Very Good, only the dates will be enumerated: Six 1817, three 1818, two 1819, 1820, 1821, four 1822, 1825, 1826, 1827, 1828, 1829, 1830, 1831, 1833, 1834, 1835, 1836, 1837, 1839, 1843, two 1844, 1845, 1848, three 1849, 1851, and 1853. Plus, there are six very worn pieces included that are dateless. These consist of the following: one Draped Bust, one Classic Head, and four Coronet Heads.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
