Description: The First National Bank of Collinsville, Illinois. New to the census and only the third Red Seal reported on the bank, so this is an extremely rare example on Collinsville. The signatures and blue and red ink are still very strong. The bottom margin is cut close, but this note easily qualifies as a Fine.
