With such a low mintage, just 22,410, this date is constantly in demand among collectors -- and fresh, bright, appealing examples like this one are a hot commodity. A normal scattering of nicks expected for the grade are observed, but there are hardly any signs of wear. Most would agree that the reverse looks MS-61ish. This coin is definitely worth a premium above normal AU money.
