Brock Megran Collection. Stronger separation of the vertical lines in the fasces would have been a pleasant contribution at NGC's XF-40 grade, but nobody can complain about the excellent, vintage medium-grey patina. The underlying "4" is actually more visible in this die-state than the overstruck digit "1" in the date. (PCGS# 145475)
