Description:

The First National Bank in Ashdown, Arkansas. An extremely rare $20 national that is new to the census and the only example for this denomination. Just five small reported on the bank, which only issued small size. Seventy-six sheets printed. The title is very-slightly faded, a fact hardly worth mention, but it easily grades VF.

Evidently, the only $20 reported on the First National Bank of Ashdown, Arkansas. A couple of lengthy horizontal creases have been pressed out, and the edges show obvious though not excessive wear. |
