Description:

Berry Tree Collection. Many collectors are resigned to the fact that sooner or later, every cent will turn "brown", which makes a great argument for collecting attractive PCGS-certified pieces like these. 1916-D displays brick-red outlines around the design features, and some delicate ruby undertones persist for 1917-D. 1931-D features a nice splash of reddish color in the obverse left field. Three coin lot.
