Lot Title:
Four Saint-Gaudens.
Description:
Each of these should be able to certify at the mint-state level with reasonable certainty, though we shall simply grade them all UNC and let your favorite certification service worry about splitting hairs on precise grades. Dates list as 1908 no-motto, 1924, 1925, and 1927. Every single one of these, including the 1908, shows an unusually powerful strike, with 1927 boasting particularly incredible sharpness even at Liberty's face. No copper spots in this four coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
