Lot Title:
Five different toned Morgan dollars graded MS-64 by NGC.
Description:
These are not the most common dates in the series that are usually easy to find toned, nor are they the scarcest. With brief descriptions, they can be cataloged as follows: 1882-O (ruby-gold toning over ash-silver patina), 1884-O (obverse swirling ash-blue mixed with citrus-gold, reverse royal-gold crescent over bright silver), 1885 (obverse patch of aqua-grey and deep ruby-gold, reverse powder-blue and grapefruit-red), 1897-S (extremely flashy navy-grey with magenta), and 1902 (obverse rust-grey patina surrounded by a thing ring of indigo, reverse deep citrus-grey). Everything is MS-64 in this five coin lot.
