Lot Title:
1794, 1795, plus thirty-four additional different dates.
Description:
New World Estate. No repetition occurs within this group of early copper coins, beginning with 1794, 1795, 1797, 1798 and a number of additional pieces beginning with early 19th century pieces. As usual, early dates will only grade up to VG or so, with occasional problems noted for some. Later dates reach as high as XF, with some much nicer examples noted, such as 1852 (XF), 1853 (XF), and 1856 (XF-45). A lot of good material for the large-cent collector in this thirty-four coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
