1887 PCGS PF-63.

Description:
|
Classic Mustang Collection. Way nicer than the PF-63 grade indicates, this lovely proof quarter is liable to inspire dreams of upgrade, leading to improbable fame and fortune (OK, maybe not so much fame and fortune). Although the obverse would have been more sharply defined by newer dies, the reverse features pleasing definition, and the two sides show fewer hairlines in the fields than one usually anticipates for the grade. On top of that, plenty of juicy mulberry-gold and apple-green toning has settled across the entire coin like fruit in a farmer's market, and should help to elicit strong bids from an astute audience. Here's to fame and fortune! (PCGS# 005588)
