One set clearly represents an upgrade over the other, featuring coins in the VF to XF range, except that the keys perhaps grade only Fine. The lower grade set shows coins in the VG range, with keys that might grade only "good", but the coins are extremely well matched for color and surface quality. Surprisingly attractive sets despite the humble, lower grade ranges.
