The following present: Connecticut Mechanics Bank, District of Columbia Government Bank, Georgia Merchants Bank of Atlanta, Missouri (corner clipped), Nebraska Bank of Florence, New Jersey Peoples Bank of Patterson, South Carolina Railroad Co., Vermont West Rivers Bank, and Wisconsin Corn Exchange Bank.
