7 graded MS-66, 1 higher. Clearly, this stands as one of the very finest 1887-S dimes, and CAC indicates agreement with a sticker. Silky luster undulates beautifully through the fields and magnifies very sharp details brought up by a powerful strike. As a silver coin that has not been dipped, the surfaces feature an intricate but approachable admixture of rose-gold and heather toning, yielding to slivers of bright blue along the rims.
