Serial #1, The Clinton National Bank Clinton, Connecticut. Premium example of a red seal on a one bank town, featuring the lowest possible serial number. While the cashier's signature remains strong, the president's has faded almost entirely away, and that might explain the conservative grade. Crisp with nice strawberry seals.
