(About The Images)
1891 PCGS PF-64RB. 1891 PCGS PF-64RB.
Lot Title: 1891 PCGS PF-64RB.
Description: From Maxine's Proof Set Collection. Exquisite, deep burgundy-magenta and navy-blue tones compete aggressively for the viewer's attention on the obverse, while lovely mint orange patina captures the reverse, yielding a coin with exceptional eye-appeal. The PF-64 (RB) level almost seems inadequate in conveying the allure of this proof cent, but a patchy area low in the obverse left field likely provides technical limitation on the grade. A marvelous acquisition for the savvy collector! (PCGS# 002361)

1891 Broadstruck on T-1 planchet PCGS MS-62BN.
The slab insert inhibits easy verification of the "type-1" assertion, but there is no reason to suspect a mistake in this regard, as the distended planchet is flat all the way through the "rim". ...
