Description:

The precise nature of the entire document bearing George Washington's signature is unclear, but the autograph appears here on a small yet certainly adequately sized slip of paper. The slip itself measures approximately 1.25" by 3.25", enclosed within a 9" x 10" frame with olive-gold finish. The signature is undated, accompanied by familiar valediction as follows: Your Obed Hble Serv G Washington Washington's hand is in large letters and firmly penned, and thankfully, it is well preserved, with only the expected fading of the old paper.
