Lot Title:
1860 NGC MS-63.
Description:
Wholly and as completely original as a 3-cent silver can be, with thick piles of navy-blue and iron-grey patina comingling on each side. While properly designated a circulation strike by the NGC MS-63 grade, the large six-pointed star displays signs of frosty texture, blanketed by the deep toning. (PCGS# 003678)
