Charter# 6155. The National Bank of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. How often do you get a chance to obtain a Serial Number One Red Seal? Well, in this auction, three times - but other than that, not very often. Hand cut and with outstanding signatures and ink color. Some knucklehead used a blue marker to write on the reverse, and a failed attempt appears to have been made remove it. Oh well, it is what it is - a rarity.
