Lot Title:
1910 Matte Proof. PCGS PF-63BN.
Description:
Overall appearance is surprisingly positive for a matte-proof coin at only the PF-63 level. The portrait is heavily toned in nave-blue that exudes a hint of iridescence, and yields to salmon-orange toning at the other side of the fields, while the reverse is more evenly toned and probably offers a hint more original red. There is no particularly noticeable evidence of contact marks, hairlines or any other negative technical determinants that should limit the grade. (PCGS# 003306)
