This captivating duo comprises two distinct varieties for this type. The first piece is an 1837 "50 Cents" reverse displaying an incredible mauve coloration, some faint hairlines, and ample design elements. The second example is an 1838 "HALF DOL." reverse that is sharply struck with an intriguing linen aspect on dainty silver surfaces.
