Lot Title: 1846 Tall Date. PCGS MS-62.
Description: All joking aside, this is one tough variety to find. A miniscule 18 of these have been graded. Of those 18 graded, two have been graded MS-62, five have been graded MS-63, and two have been graded MS-64. You just do not see these at all. This specimen is battleship gray in color with hues of violet, turquoise, and rose. It is superbly struck and has no distractions. If you are collecting this series by variety, you had better get your bidder card ready and be prepared to go to battle.
