(About The Images)
1936 Cincinnati. NGC MS-65 (no line). 1936 Cincinnati. NGC MS-65 (no line).
Lot Title: 1936 Cincinnati. NGC MS-65 (no line).
Description: Intriguing, dusky eggshell-peach patina utterly dominates the entire coin, ushering a remarkable satin-smooth appearance to each side. Much to the viewer's surprise, this in no way limits the cartwheel effect, as wide bands of luster sweep through the fields and illuminate the details. The Cincinnati is known for its low-relief art deco design, but the three dimensional effect seen here is unusually nice for the type. (PCGS# 009283)
