Complete set of Peace dollars.

Description:
|
If the 1934-S is not fully UNC, it is awfully close, with luster that flows all the way through the fields, and definition that is as sharp as your cataloger has ever seen. This is the only coin in the set not completely blast white, having a fragile layer of beige patina across both sides. Everything else is thoroughly blast white, yet not dipped out by any means, as there isn't a single coin that fails to have booming luster. This collector knew what he was doing! 1922-S is also potentially a slider, but every other coin appears to be fully mint state, with even the keys (1921, 1927-S, 1928, 1928-S) seemingly all MS-62 at minimum. A blazing, lustrous collection that needs absolutely nothing done to fulfill maximum appreciation of the series. From the Broken Hearts Consignment. Twenty-four coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
