Haze over somewhat pale surfaces is an indication that the coin has been lightly cleaned, but the effects are not particularly offensive. Indeed, a mere hint of luster still remains on the reverse. A weak mintmark as seen here is typical of this elusive date, which is listed with an original mintage of only 31,000 pieces. (PCGS# 008318)
