Design elements are rather nicely brought up, except at the highest points in Liberty's hair. An intermittent scratch descends through the upper part of her portrait, but is accompanied only by trivial contact marks. Nice flowline luster emanates from the fields, bolstered by a teasing hint of mahogany-red color, and the denticles are particularly proudly struck. (PCGS# 001645)
