(About The Images)
1935-S PCGS MS-64+. 1935-S PCGS MS-64+.
Lot Title: 1935-S PCGS MS-64+.
Description: At arm's length, the appearance is certainly that of a splendid white gem, with smooth, satin surfaces and no obvious signs of abrasion anywhere. Even upon closer inspection, the reverse displays no apparent abrasions, other than minor ticks that are unavoidable for a large coin, but there is a couple of small, subtle scrapes in Liberty's hair, as well as a tick above her brow. These seem pretty forgivable, and might not keep the coin out of an MS-65 holder upon resubmission. (PCGS# 007379)

818The Collectors' Auction 2011 on 10/21/2011$340.00
1935-S PCGS MS-63.
Each side has begun to develop nice, album toning, with rainbows of light pastel color visible just outside the peripheral details. 1935-S, though not nearly as rare as the preceding year's issue, is...
946The Midwest Summer Sale 2011 on 07/29/2011$775.00
1935-S PCGS MS-65 (green label).
Mint set toning is familiar to many collectors, and makes an unexpected appearance on this 1935-S Peace dollar, with both sides entirely cloaked in micro-granular navy-blue and iron-grey tone. The...
668The Midwest Winter Sale on 02/12/2010$575.00
1935-S PCGS MS-62.
While one of these 1935-S Peace dollars does feature a few more abrasions than usual, the other two do not appear particularly abraded and seem conservatively graded. Although upgrade potential seems...
701The Collectors' Auction 2009 on 10/16/2009$525.00
1935-S PCGS MS-64.
Very choice, as could be surmised from the PCGS MS-64 grade, with a pleasing strike and luster that rolls off each side in generous helpings. Liberty's portrait is actually cleaner than might be...
766The Midwest Winter Sale 2008 on 02/08/2008$190.00
1935-S 'three rays' Peace dollar, NGC MS-62
A good, thick layer of platinum patina is not quite enough to hide the few small abrasions that deny a choice designation. This coin has the appearance of a piece that spent a lot of time in a Kraft...
767The Midwest Winter Sale 2008 on 02/08/2008$500.00
1935-S Peace dollar, PCGS MS-64
Tinges of honey-gold color flow across the fine-satin surfaces of this scintillating and otherwise white Peace dollar. Some shallow luster abrasions and a single divot at the base of the portrait...
