So enamored with the buffalo design was the consignor that he displayed the entire collection with the reverses given preference (facing forward). Many pieces have been upgraded to the Fine or VF level, with some highlights that include: 1913-D type-2 (VF with full horn), 1913-S type-2 (XF/questionable color), 1914-D (G), 1915-S (XF/cleaned), 1918/7-D (G/acid date), 1918-D (VF/cleaned), 1918-S (VF), 1921-S (VG), and 1937-D 3-leg (XF/cleaned). Some other coins have been cleaned or have questionable color, but most are original in appearance. Sixty-nine coin lot.
