Lot Title:
Two Morgan and two Peace silver dollars.
Description:
All are lustrous examples, with varying shades of color as described herein. The Morgan dollars include a white 1882-S (MS-60/reverse PVC damage and PL/SPL), and a colorful 1896 (MS-63), the latter coin rather nicely toned with deep, sea-green and ocean-blue color competing for obverse real estate. Peace dollars include 1923 (MS-63) with a slightly frosted eagle on the reverse, giving the slightest hint of cameo, and a 1928 that grades AU+ but may be overdipped. Four coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
