Lot Title:
1900-O/CC (VAM-11, Top 100) PCGS MS-61.
Description:
Slightly erratic steam-grey patina settles over the surfaces, gathering density near the center of the reverse. A bit of gold tone touches the obverse upper-right rim, and a few contact abrasions on the Liberty's cheek seem to determine the grade. Presence of various die cracks (plus the O/CC mintmark, of course) narrows down VAM attribution to VAM-11, probably the most common die-marriage for the popular over-mintmark. (PCGS# 007268)
