The Hannibal National Bank Hannibal, Missouri. Samuel Langhorne Clemens was born in Florida, MO, but grew up in Hannibal and based his greatest fiction on his childhood in the area. This is an original note, pleasing for the grade with handsome, large purple signatures that are only modestly faded. A pinhole is noted right of the portrait.
