Description:
|
Prodigious color is the foundation for the appeal of this Morgan dollar grouping. Although common dates, all graded MS-63 by NGC, each is consistently nice and attractive. Dates include: 1879-S (copper-bronze obverse), 1883-CC (peach-champagne with a very clean reverse), 1884-O (MS-63 "star" with a striking hourglass toning pattern on the obverse), another 1884-O (blush of color in obverse lower-left quadrant), 1885-O (rose tone with ocean-blue and sea-green splashed on the rims), 1890 (rose tone with a large violet-cyan arc), and 1896 (platinum-bronze overall). Seven coin lot.
