(About The Images)
1921 NGC MS-64. 1921 NGC MS-64.
Lot Title: 1921 NGC MS-64.
Description: The colorful appearance borders on sensational simply because the toning is deeply saturated with amber-gold at the rims, and an admixture of magenta and turquoise-blue colors across the central areas. The bison motif in particular displays a brilliant swath of ruby-magenta color across his head and foreleg. Unlike its San Francisco counterpart, 1921 infrequently suffered production problems, and this one displays a meticulously detailed strike.
