Three, Three-cent Pieces Copper-nickel. PCGS MS-63. Three, Three-cent Pieces Copper-nickel. PCGS MS-63.
Lot Title: Three, Three-cent Pieces Copper-nickel. PCGS MS-63.
Description: A fascinating trio that includes the following dates: 1866, 1867, and 1869. Both the 1866 and 1867 are housed in old style PCGS holders and exhibit delicate iridescent hues on satinlike surfaces. They both show evidence of die clashing, plus an interesting array of die breaks is on the 1866. The 1867 has a few random toning flecks on the reverse. The 1869 has an indication of light clashing with a whisper of champagne iridescence over glistening surfaces.
