Lot Title:
1895 $10 Liberty PCGS MS-62 and a 1903-S $5 Liberty PCGS MS-62.
Description:
A dynamic duo of gold coins, both certified by PCGS and graded MS-62. The 1903-S half-eagle sizzles with luster at arm's length and displays only its fair share of small abrasions, but closer examination reveals an unexpected number of hairlines crossing the portrait at various angles. More than a few tiny ticks can be found on the 1895 eagle, but this piece benefits greatly from terrific, original patina. Two coin lot.
