Lot Title:
Two Silver Commemoratives.
Description:
An exquisitely toned PCGS graded pairing of this first Commemorative for this denomination for both years of its issuance. The 1892, MS-64 in a newer holder, has a magnificent blend of blue and rose that give it a regal-like aspect. A few trite ticks are hardly detectable on this well-defined piece. The 1893, MS-62 in an older encapsulation, has a mauve appearance with attractive blue splotches. No distracting marks or blemishes are easily visible, and it too is respectably struck.
