Description:

Six copper pieces from the late 18th century are included in this lot, all attributed. They are listed as follows: 1786 Vermont, Ryder-10 (115.7 grains, very-good details, corroded), 1787 Atlee Machins Mills imitation halfpenny, Vlack 19-87c (100.3 grains, very-fine details, excellent surfaces, punch at eye), 1787 Connecticut M.37.4-K.1, (145.1 grains, extremely-fine details, fair surfaces), 1787 New Jersey, M.63-S struck at the Morristown mint (147.4 grains, very-fine details, superb surfaces and color but damaged and bent), 1791 North American token, Breen-1144 (118.1 grains, fine, struck in medallic alignment), and 1794 Talbot Allum & Lee, Breen-1029, Fuld-2 "with New York, large ampersand" (149.7 grains, fine details, good surfaces, obverse scrape). Six coin lot.
