Four Mercury dimes. PCGS MS-65FB (rattler). Four Mercury dimes. PCGS MS-65FB (rattler).
Lot Title: Four Mercury dimes. PCGS MS-65FB (rattler).
Description: PCGS rattler holders encapsulate a quartet of Mercury dimes, each graded MS-65 FB. 1938 features completely unexpected tan-grey wood grain toning, the likes of which is virtually never seen for the series. 1938-D and 1941-S are typically brilliant, the former coin a little subdued by hazy grey tone. Finally, 1943-D is a blazing gem that is splashed with handsome golden tone, adroitly finishing off this four coin lot.
