Charter# 6854. The Black Hawk National Bank of Waterloo, Iowa. A well-known title that originated from the famous Sac Native American who was defeated in the Black Hawk War. Today, one of the most famous Army front-line utility helicopter shares that same name. This National has a tight bottom margin, but the signatures are still fairly strong, and the ink presence remains mostly solid.
