(About The Images)
1937 Antietam. PCGS MS-64. 1937 Antietam. PCGS MS-64.
Lot Title: 1937 Antietam. PCGS MS-64.
Description: Intense brilliance thoroughly drowns out any hint of tone, and permits blazing luster to rise off the surfaces and greet the eye. In light of an MS-64 grade, there is a remarkable lack of nicks or abrasions on either side, and one wonders why this could not qualify for MS-66 consideration. However, the most meticulous observation will discover a scant trace of a planchet lamination lying across Lee's temple.
Low Estimate: $575.00
High Estimate: $650.00
Lot Status: Bidding has been closed for this lot.
Hammered Price: $600.00
