Surprisingly decent detail is available to the viewer despite a details grade of just good, since the rims are bold on both sides and have helped protect internal details from wearing away completely. In fact, some consideration could be given a VG grade, since everything is readable, including HALF CENT, though this is only marginally visible. Surfaces show consistently moderate microporosity and have experienced an old cleaning, but this lessens the charm of this piece only minimally.
