(About The Images)
1934-D PCGS MS-64. 1934-D PCGS MS-64.
Lot Title: 1934-D PCGS MS-64.
Description: Compared to other early issues in the Washington quarter series, 1934-D is pricey in gem grades, commanding virtually the same respect as the better known 1936-D. Thus, premium coins in MS-64 are coveted. This shimmering example displays no shortage of mint frost, and a lengthy luster graze in the left obverse field appears to be the only factor denying upgrade.

High Estimate: $300.00

569The Midwest Summer Sale 2012 on 07/27/2012$340.00
1934-D NGC MS-64.
Lemon-beige luster smooths gently over the fields, and filters unblemished all the way to the rims on the obverse of this semi-key quarter, while the reverse is about a shade brighter and just as...
872The Collectors' Auction 2011 on 10/21/2011$360.00
1934-D PCGS MS-64.
Gently layered with tin-grey patina, but a wide band of luster readily spins through the fields. Sharpness is very good, and the grade should be determined by a couple of intermittent scrapes near...
677The Midwest Summer Sale on 07/24/2009$240.00
1934-D MS-63.
The NGC MS-63 tag for the slab is included, and one glance is all it takes to confirm the excellent eye appeal of this choice semi-key. Both sides are dominated by scintillating cartwheel luster that...
678The Midwest Summer Sale on 07/24/2009$350.00
1934-D NGC MS-64.
1932-D is deservedly given props as key to the set, but the following Denver issue of 1934-D is an underrated semi-key in choice and better uncirculated grades. NGC has assessed an MS-64 grade in...

1339The Midwest Summer Sale 2006 on 07/21/2006$400.00
1934-D NGC MS-64.
Very clean fields for the grade. There is a small area of electric blue and russet seen at seven of the clock on the obverse. The reverse is blanketed by a russet-rose blush.
429The Midwest Winter Sale on 02/17/2006$130.00
1934-D AU-58+.
This Quarter is oh so close to being an Unc. It is bright white with no distractions.
