Lot Title:
1760 "P at Face" Hibernia Voce Populi Half Penny. PCGS VF-20.
Description:
Caramel-smooth surfaces display ideal chocolate-brown tone and overall detail benefits from contrasting ashy patina worked into design recesses. While the planchet is not properly round by ideal standards, obverse lettering is entirely present, and on the reverse, the tops of "IA" are all that appear to be missing, with the date bold and completely on the flan.
