(About The Images)
1938 New Rochelle. PCGS MS-64. 1938 New Rochelle. PCGS MS-64.
Lot Title: 1938 New Rochelle. PCGS MS-64.
Description: Ravishing silky texture prevails in the very clean fields, yielding a far higher impression of grade than the MS-64 offered by this PCGS rattler. The luster is not nearly like the typical cartwheels seen on most larger coins; it is rather "crystalline" in structure and extremely appealing. Technical considerations for the grade apparently take into account tiny abrasions on the roped calf.
