Lot Title:
Twenty collector date/grade Barber half-dollars.
Description:
The consignor has stated that he is upgrading all his Barber half-dollars to XF, and that makes these better dates available now to other collectors who are just diving into this highly enjoyable series. Included are: 1894-S (G), 1894-O (G), 1897 (VF/cleaned), 1897-O (AG), 1898-O (G), 1899-S (F), 1900 (F/obverse scratched), 1904-S (G), 1906-D (F/reverse spot), 1906-S (F), 1908-S (F), 1908-O (VG), 1909 (F), 1909-S (F), 1910-S (F), 1912-S (F/lightly corroded), 1913 (G), 1914 (G), 1915 (G), and 1915-S (VF/lightly cleaned). If you haven't seen a nice Barber in awhile, first get a haircut, then bid on this twenty coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
