Lot Title:
1925-D PCGS MS-64RB.
Description:
Even though each side is thoroughly peppered with shallow flecks of grey-brown tone, underlying burgundy-orange dominates the overall color scheme and leads to a nearly full red appearance. Unlike many competing examples, this is a well struck branch-mint coin, with crisp delineation of Lincoln's outer ear and sharp definition of the bowtie. Each wheat stalk is sharply defined, and one must conclude that this is a premium coin for the grade.
